Why no continuation?

The dynamics of the situation are getting real interesting.
Will her job leave her enough time or energy for all of her lovers, including her husband? Or for any of her current lovers for that matter.

I did enjoy it, but the ending seemed a bit rushed. It was as if you got a bit tired of the story and just wound it up in a hurry. The story end didn't feel satisfying.
