How about you invite him over for drinks and a fun evening to unwind but intentionally have just enough liquor to get them a bit buzzed but to the point where you will need to go out and make a liquor run.

Try to hold off on making the liquor run until the topic of sexless marriage comes up. Wanted to give an update. Things have cooled with the neighbor. My wife is a little turned off by how he lets his wife run the show. I sent her some pictures and she said one of them interest her and I’m working on setting up time for the three of us to grab a drink. With our crazy schedules it may not occur until the end of March. What is interesting is that she told in the future, I am better off just picking a guy and having him meet us for drinks. She said if it is solely based on pictures, she will usually say no. She said she can be swayed by a great personality so I guess that is going to be the plan moving forward.

A couple other items of note:
