It's the original version of the CB-3000, slightly modified, I've had it for 20+ years. The modification came about due to the fact that the original rings were hinged, and the hinges were a weak point, and I had a very active job that involved a lot of jumping in and out of vehicles/other machines and a lot of heavy lifting.
