In fact, even when I told him it wouldn't happen, he took it as a challenge, so he's still messaging me every now and then (he is a sweet guy really and not too annoying, so I don't mind)

It was his face to be honest. Though he was a bit shorter than expected, I didn't mind that, as he does have a great body. His attitude was great, he is a really sweet guy and we did have a lovely evening (the fact that food was absolutely outstanding probably helped)

To all outward appearances, I'm sure it will just look like 2 friends out for a pint. Which it is, more or less. But this is new, and I know the theoretical idea of going further turns her on. I hope she's tempted!

An update: Their pub date went well, and they stayed for nearly 3 hours. She's just little, so it doesn't take much drinking to have an effect on her. She tried a few suggestive comments, but he couldn't seem to respond in kind. He seems shy about it; he's a 'vanilla' guy so I think he's tentative about the whole hotwife dynamic (he's acquainted with me, and we chat sometimes).

She and I swapped a few messages throughout the evening, and I was agitating for a goodnight kiss (they've never kissed) but she didn't think he'd go for it. In the end, he walked her home (but not all the way home, haha) and they had a long hug.

They chat all the time, and on Thursday he unexpectedly asked whether she was going for her usual evening walk/run, and whether she'd like to come over. No pretense or cover story -- just wanna come over? She declined due to some work she had to do, but that seemed like a promising step!

They took the kids to the pool on Saturday. She wore her bikini - the one I posted pics of (viewtopic.php?f=9&t=67265&start=525#p1479159) and which she sent to him while we were away on holiday. They were busy with the kids most of the time, but he's since mentioned that he definitely noticed how good she looks in it.

Saturday night while I was out, they got right into the conversation about this thing that's been developing, and started talking openly about some of the "what ifs" of taking it to the next level. It became obvious to us that it's probably going to happen. She's 99% in, and he's certainly getting over whatever reservations that seemed to be holding him back.

Tonight she told me that she's going over to his house this Thursday. She's bringing dinner, and he's in charge of refreshments. He mentioned wanting to ask more about the 'lifestyle' and the roles. Of course, I'm hoping they'll also finally break the ice. As I understand it, the chatting has been getting more flirty, and he's getting more bold. At the pace they've been going, I don't really anticipate more than kissing, but I'd certainly be happy with that. If there's more, so much the better!

I think there's an excellent chance I'm soon going to be sharing leggysandy with, as she put it, her local "secret boyfriend". He lives within walking distance, and if all goes well, she said she might want to be hooking up with him several times per month. I assured her that I'm very OK with that. We're both pretty excited about the possibilities.

The other thing she mentioned tonight was: the good thing about this guy is, they can go bare. And creampies, I added helpfully. Nods and smiles.

It didn't go. Leggysman remembered he has made some other arrangements, so I had to stay at home with kids. We thought of moving it to Friday, but I got a cold, so didn't really feel that well. Next week hopefully

So, an update... I had a long long chat with my handsome, tall neighbor last night (messaging). And wow, the things he has said. Unlike year ago, he seems to want to do it, but he doesn't want to do it under "my" rules as he calls it. He doesn't want it to be super secret, he doesn't want to be careful about what he says and does in public and he doesn't want to actively try to hide it.

So, he says that it would be natural to share with his friends if he was dating a new woman and I tried to explain that this would not be dating. You don't just come to your friend and say: hey, I am having sex with this woman. And btw, she's married and her husband is on board!

I said the only way to do it is if he learns how to be private about it. And he said that I could learn how not to be married, or how to be more open about who I am seeing. He still wants to meet, even if just for a chat, and seems like he want to meet me half way, as in find some compromise.

I think this is pretty much dead end and we can try negotiating year from now again

But we live in a village. He's a 'lifer', but we're relative newcomers. Surely he can understand why we might not want everybody gossiping about us, things getting back to our young kids, etc.

[ Especially considering our mean girl problem -- a wannabe "village queen bee" who used to be leggysandy's good friend, but who turned on her on the flimsiest of pretenses (something our child allegedly said to hers, but I don't think it happened; her child is a fabulist who makes unlikely claims even about her own mother). I reckon she's jealous, sees leggysandy as a rival, and needs an enemy for her mean girl games. We're staying above it, but I think she's already badmouthing us -- I doubt we want to hand her ammunition. ]

I think he was just fantasizing, and probably understands all of the above.

Family always comes first, and you're right that's the whole family not just the two of you. If he's not going to agree to your eminently sensible ground rules, or more worryingly doesn't understand the premise of hotwifing, then it's his loss, plenty more fish in the sea; hooking the right 'one' can take a while, especially if a decent catch was almost on the hook (but somehow managed to exclude themselves) and you need to start over, but life was never meant to be easy

He's got two small kids of his own (one of them being my student!). So, it just seems silly and irrational to me that he wouldn't want to keep it completely discreet.
