We tried sharing an account briefly when I originally signed up, but then I created my own, she got verified, and now there's no confusion.

I am also having a problem with data not posting to database. When I fill the form with new data and click submit, all the new information goes to my email response but when I login to view reports, the new data is not there.

I don't understand what you are doing.

If you are a new member then you are moderated for a few posts so it won't be there until a mod approved

I am not new and was/am a contributing member. When I was recently reinstated my ability to send private messages was not restored.
