Lots of Dead Links

I was going through my bookmarks and discovered many threads on the site are gone. Or maybe they got new URLs? Some examples:

Did something happen where the admins started killing threads over the past 12 months? Or is there some other reason half the threads on the site are gone?

Once they go inactive for 6 months they're automatically deleted. I think it's 6 months... So if no one has commented or bumped in 6 months that's what happened. Sometimes OPs delete or request their threads be deleted

The autopruning cycle has actually been lengthened for several of the forums to a year (I would have to look up which ones).

If someone is banned due to multiple rules violations (which doesn't happen very often), then in some cases, threads they have started could be deleted.

Threads in the Hotties forum without pictures are deleted whenever they are brought to our attention as they do not comply with the requirements for being in that area.

As volunteers, it is time-consuming to do the tasks that are necessary to keep up a site with over 100k members without adding extra work for ourselves

This site is run on donations, so we don't have unlimited space to keep every thread indefinitely. If it isn't active, then it will eventually be autopruned.

There's a post for it. Make sure you follow the most recent. PayPal made it so army has to update the link periodically. I'm going to message him and ask that he update if necessary so you can donate.
