Pixelation

Hi all. I expect that this topic has been covered a lot. I have great collection of photos and videos of my wife. She is super worried about privacy but doesn't want them deleted. Can anyone suggest an app to pixelate them? If so, I may actually get agreement to post one or two on this forum.
