My wife recently had sex and said her partner lasted an hour. She went in and the guy had her bent over for an hour and she said he never took a break. She was wore out and walking chalky after. What can I take for early ejaculation? I only last a couple minutes. 5 minutes if I’m lucky. Any help is appreciated
I'm sure you can look this with a search engine, but most men last from about two to five minutes. My wife has met guys who lasted up to a half hour but has found that to be a rare ability in her experience. She once told me about a guy who lasted an hour, but she admittedly didn't check that with her watch. I'm sure at least some men can do that, and once experienced a party in which one of the husbands stayed erect and able with successive women.

In other words, you're like most guys, including me. :D

More and more, men are using trimix. They can stay hard for two or three hours. They cum and still stay hard and keep going. I was using it recently. I came and thought "rest break". My partner said "you're still hard, you can keep going". So I kept going.

I have had the pleasure of coaching a few young couples new to the lifestyle. This is a common occurrence with many men. Men get very mentally stimulated just at the thought of having sex. The cure for early ejaculation is having more sex more often. What I’ve seen is that if you can have a partner that will work with you and understands if you cum quickly. The best thing you can do is when you fall off the horse is to get right back on.
If you cum once don’t let that be the end. Again, with the proper partner you should discuss your issues before hand and if she’s a good partner she will be happy to help you thru your situation. Once you cum, keep the sex going by you going down on her and her manually stimulating your cock again either by hand or orally.
Don’t get in your own head. Just go with it and let her get you hard again. Then fuck her again when you’re ready and you’ll find you have a little more stamina and can last longer than the first time.
Keep at this daily or every other day if you possibly can. Over time you’ll get a bit more desensitized to the excitement of the experience. Then you’ll gain more confidence. Once that confidence starts to grow, you’ll find you’re lasting longer. Over time you’ll be able to control it so well you will be able to hold your cum until shes ready for it.
Just like anything, the more you practice the better you’ll become. Good luck and let me know if this helps.

You don't need drugs or numbing gels and wipes.Do the kegel exercises and you can put a dab of any mint flavored toothpaste just under the tip for about 30 minutes before playtime.Do be sure to rinse it off well before you get active.Trust me,it will work and you won't be so numbed out that you lose your erection or otherwise can't feel anything.

Note:once I started doing kegels before hand I quit using the mint flavored toothpaste as it really was not necessary.

The guys who last "an hour" often have jerked off a few hours earlier precisely to take the edge off their horniness so they can last longer later. That could well have been the case with the guy your wife had sex with who lasted so long. If the guy doesn't ejaculate much when he cums, that could be a clue that he had done so previously, though the further in advance he jerked off the more time he'd have to generate more ejaculate.

Fascinating to hear the variety of replies. I'll throw in my 2 cents.

I'm not a believer in using meds for something I can do naturally. Why risk potential side effects of Pharmaceuticals.

When I used to be able to last a very long time it was because I had well developed Kegel muscle. I was never one who would jerk off before, because I like the extreme Build up of desire, Qi or testosterone that's there for the first orgasm and would prefer to make that 1 last a long time.

Also going dimetrically against someone who posted earlier, Having the bladder around half full is actually supposed to help prolong orgasm from my research and experience, especially when I was practicing tantra type sex more often.

Also how do you masturbate is important, Try to masturbate prolonging your orgasm. Even stop pre-orgasm and come back to it, this way training your body too become accustomed to lasting longer.

I've been doing that at times lately and do notice it helps.

When I was younger and could last a long time I also had super long masturbation sessions. Now I'm so busy I get off and move on and I notice I also have lost some of my kegel proficiency.

So you fuck and if you start getting close you slow down or stop do a few kegels, Change positions start again when you get close stop by doing kegels and change position.

Maybe go down on her or do something else, then restart.

I can still come in 5 minutes or last 30 min... but it takes the mental and physical desire to do so.

The hour sessions I used to be able to do no problem, are way harder because my cardio isn't there, and so when my body starts getting tired I just want to come and get it over with...lol.

Now the 5 or 6 hour sessions I used to occasionally do, were definitely helped by alcohol or non pharmaceutical drugs and do not recommend that avenue.😆

I was unaware of trimix but will get the word around as needed for my wife's guys. My wife enjoys guys with dicks like that in Blackjack's avatar above. And if they can keep it up longer, then that's best for her. Thanks for the info.

I use Viagra to slow down cuming. The stuff makes me incredibly hard, wife enjoys the hardness and it seems to make it hard for me to cum, otherwise i only last a few minutes. We love giving it to the young big cocked guys we invite to fuck Laurie while I watch, they get so hard Laurie cums many times with them. I even take it then so I have a maximum hard while I stroke my cock while watching her fuck.

Dude, finally someone said it!

There's almost as much talk about PE (men wanting to last longer), as there is with ED and penis size. But all the advice tends to relate to physical sensitivity, drugs, breathing, kegels. But the key I found is exactly as Mark here said - have more sex, more often.

I think there is a psychological thing when sex for a man is rare and/or sparse. Perhaps something in our lizard brain is saying "cum quick and impregnate her before you lose this chance!". But when you have sex frequently enough in a short enough amount of time, especially with the same partner, the psychological urgency is reduced. Basically, you need the absolute opposite of the fight/flight response, since that causes either PE or ED (or both). I think having sex often relaxes this primitive response system.

If you can fully, truly focus on your partner's pleasure, this can also have a positive effect on lasting longer. But it needs to be complete empathetic focus on her. It can't be about self-validation of your performance, because then its not truly about her, it's about you. Thoughts about a partner's perception of your performance is a recipe for anxiety too.

Its not for PE. Go to Hims.com

Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are the class of drugs that are the most commonly prescribed antidepressants. Prozac, Celexa, Lexapro, Paxil, & Zoloft are all SSRIs commonly prescribed for depression.

These SSRIs are effective for the treatment of premature ejaculation, too. Most SSRIs have been shown to delay ejaculatory time by increasing the average time of penile penetration more than 13 fold. Unfortunately because of their long duration of action, they can cause significant side effects. These side effects include decreased libido, anorgasmia(inability to have an orgasm), & impotence/erectile dysfunction. Also, their sudden discontinuation can lead to SSRI withdrawal syndrome, which can last for more than a week and be accompanied even by suicidal ideation.

As I said, the SSRIs used for depression have a long duration of action & need to be taken for several weeks to get the full beneficial effect for treating premature ejaculation or depression.

A SSRI called Dapoxetine, on the other hand, has a very short duration of action that peaks approximately one hour after being taken. Because of its short duration of action, it is ineffective for treating depression. However, it has become the preferred choice for treatment of premature ejaculation & has none of the adverse side effects associated with the longer duration SSRIs. It is typically prescribed to be taken approximately 1hr prior to sex. Its treatment of premature ejaculation is augmented by coincidentally taking Viagra or Cialis. BTW Viagra & Cialis can also help with premature ejaculation even when not taken with Dapoxetine.

The question was what “meds” exist to treat premature ejaculation. However, before anyone gets a prescription for Dapoxetine, I would follow Mark’s advice. Nevertheless, performance enhancing drugs do exist in both competitive sports & sex.

I forgot to add that Dapoxetine was never approved by the FDA prior to the drug’s patent expiration. However, it has been approved in Canada, Mexico, the UK, Europe, New Zealand, & > 50 other countries. US physicians can’t prescribe it. However, I have friends, some of whom are themselves physicians, order Dapoxetine online at a very reasonable price & no hassle. Dapoxetine has never had any problems clearing customs that I’m aware of.

Also, sex isn't necessarily finished after we ejaculate. We can use our mouths, hands, and toys to continue pleasuring our wives and girlfriends. I think this doesn't even occur to most people.
Smart guy!

It’s not over til you both say it’s over!

Jerking off an hour before sex has always worked in the past. My wife had a boyfriend who she adored. Handome, charming, great body, magnificent cock. Unfortunately he would cum within a minute of entering her pussy. The way around it was for him to either jerk off before him picking her up or I would drive them home and she would give him a blowjob in the back seat. He would cum, she would swallow and then 30 minutes back at his apartment he could fuck her until she would tap out.

I use Viagra/sinfiadel to get a raging hard cock, found that it make your cock hard, but also makes it harder for me to orgasm and cum. I also offer it to some of the toys (guys we have fuck my wife). Laurie loves a rock hard cock and I love watching it fucking Laurie.
