You sound mostly stag/vixen to me, with small amounts of cuckish behavior (accepting denial, as cited in the post above). They have very individualized mixtures of many patterns, plus those patterns by no means remains fixed. Experimenting with different behaviors is quite normal.

I think there are only two issues here:
1) What do you label yourself (identify as)?
2) Can you put the labels aside and just enjoy whatever you and your wife enjoy together?
