Hello from South Florida, European wife's brought it up.

When you think that after 20+ years of marriage, that you know your wife, but she still has a few surprises for me.
My wife is a shy, and submisive, so to hear my wife say that she wants to sleep with other men was very surprising, not in a bad way, but I was completely unprepared to hear it, but she did, and here I am now.
Wife (43F) is originally from Europe, I'm a latin guy (44M) from the US.
I wish that I could say that this happened recently, it didn't, she said it once at least 2 years ago, but she kind of backed off with an "I was jocking", so I was left confused because she didn't sound like she was jocking.
She never brought it up again herself, but instead I have been the one to ask, and it wasn't easy, but have had to go the extra mile to make sure she knew there was nothing wrong with that she asked, she was the one acting as if what she said was wrong, I'm the one who had to show her that there was nothing wrong with it.
I don't know exacly where she got this idea, but I do know one of her best friends sleeps with other men whith her husbands aproval while her husband is monogamous to her, I don't know the specifics, but this much I know.
We are now at the point where she is very comfortable talking about it, we are also at a point where we have mutual underatanding of what she wants, and where I stand with that, and we have been ready to make it happen, and that has so far turned out to be harder than I expected, not impossible, but difficult.
So what has she said so far?
She wants to be with more than one man at the same time.
She wants to be submisive, she has mentioned multiple times about me sharing her.
She does not want a one night stand.
She does not want me to be with another woman, she doesn't want another woman to be part of this at all, she is not bi.
She wants me to find "him".
She is ok with him being married as long as he has his wife's aproval (And we can confirm it).
What have I said so far?
I'm not ok with her meeting or communicating with other men without my knowledge.
I'm not ok with her kissing other men
I'm not ok with other men giving her oral.
Its not like we have not tried, we actually have, but so far it has not happened, so here I am trying something else to see if we can make it happen.
If it doesn't happen, then it doesn't happen, but I'm trying.
