Small but Hopeful Things

So my wife has known of my hotwife fantasy for well over 10 years. She even acted on it on an out of town one night stand, but it’s been 5 years now with no repeats. Accordingly, I think it’s only fair to relegate myself back to the wannabes.
She’s wonderful in indulging me in the bedroom. Pretty much nothing is off limits. It’s my kink not hers so she’s typically not proactive in introducing new hotwife/cuckold scenarios, but if I tell her something gets me off she’ll try to incorporate it while we’re having sex.

Sorry, long backstory to get to something fairly mild. As we sat down to dinner at a restaurant tonight she said out of the blue, “wouldn’t it be fun after my recovery to go to Bricktop (the local acknowledged middle age pickup bar in our area) and sit at other ends of the bar and see how much attention the men there pay me?”
Now, many in the lifestyle play this game on a regular basis so it might not seem a big deal to them, but she’s never read a word on this site so she came up with this idea completely on her own. She rarely, if ever, floats the fantasy on her own, so I know she was serious about doing this. I tried to explain to her how much it excited me when she seemed to embrace the idea of interacting in any sexual/flirting capacity with other men IRL out of the bedroom. I told her how hot that would be and that she should enjoy the flirting and increased attention. I reminded her that if any of this led to a situation where it seemed like it was going somewhere she liked, she was free to leave with him or at a minimum to get his number to follow up at a later date.
After all this I kidded her that she might have cost herself dinner because I was now so turned on by her idea that I now wanted to go home immediately and fuck. I told her that even that mild suggestion was starting to get me hard because it was spontaneous and, accordingly, believable. She just smiled and said “I’m glad”
I’m very excited at the prospect and believe you me, I will continue to push HER idea once she is ready!

I can’t help but think that breast enhancement will do wonders for your wife’s confidence. Given the right clothing it will definitely get her more male attention too. Most of us are boob men I believe. Even if she never hooks up with anyone else it’ll be great if her self confidence skyrockets.

The fact that she has acted on it in the past puts you well advanced of 99% on here in the Wannabe forum, no matter how long it's been!
But the way things are going is definitely very promising. I don't pretend to know your wife's mind, but a lot of women are very insecure about their looks regardless of how objectively attractive they are. Society has conditioned them to constantly focus on their flaws. Her breast size is obviously her biggest insecurity and it is great that you are both in a position to do something about that.
The fact that she has spontaneously brought this scenario up as a plan post-surgery is a HUGE step in the right direction. I don't need to tell you to be as supportive of this as possible. Tell her you would really love this, and that it is up to her entirely how far she wants to take it. Take her out shopping. Pick out an outfit together.
Just imagine the boost to her confidence when (and I do mean when) guys start hitting on her. It might lead to something that very night, or it might not. If not, talk to her about how exciting is is that guys were paying so much attention to her. It might lead to something another day.

Wow, if I didn't known better I'd think you had written these first three paragraphs about my wife. It's actually been 5 years nearly to the day that she had her one night stand. And I too am always hoping that perfect situation will arise again.
I finally had the time to read your wonderful account of your wife’s first experience. The introduction of the fantasy to your wife and her seeming indifference for years and your questioning of yourself if you really wanted this IRL is an EXACT parallel to my situation. I don’t know how many times early after my confession as we would use the fantasy in the bedroom, when we were finished I’d pull back from the brink and say something to the effect like you that “I’m not sure I really want you to do this”.
The way ours happened however was quite different in that she acted on it while out of town without the check-in before hand. She had no requirement to do so however.
I’d love for her to do it again, but much like you wrote it will only happen if the situation is PERFECT! Not sure the stars will again align, but a guy can hope

My wife wants her breast enlargement as well after multiple pregnancies she feels they need a rebuild. I’m an ass guy and her breast have really recovered really well and k don’t see a reason to….
Except…. I know she will get more attention.
She sometimes hints, like when we go to Vegas….. I can’t wear that… I need bigger tita to feel comfortable wearing that…
What I hear her say when she says this is “If I had bigger tits I’d be glad to show them….”

For starters, I absolutely agree that this should make you hopeful. Yes, it was a small step, but it was an important step. It seems like a concrete example of it going from "your fantasy" to "our fantasy." While it may still stay at the fantasy stage (sorry), her seeming embrace of it is fantastic to hear. So, feel free to be hopeful
Second, you sound like such a supportive husband. Everything from being body-positive with her to not pushing the fantasy on her. Sadly, not every husband has those traits.
Finally, one of the "virtuous circles" you two will hopefully experience is related to confidence. When your wife does get the implants, they will likely increase her self-confidence. When the implants lead to increased attention and flirting from other men, her confidence will continue to grow. If that attention and flirtation lead to fun, pleasurable sex with a new partner, guess what... her confidence will continue to grow. Hopefully, you'll find that sweet, loving wife of yours filled with confidence in her beauty and sexuality.
