I don't think she has a solid preference as of now. When I ask, she replies "Whoever is more safe". Safe here means the one who can keep it secret. She does not want to be declared a slut or a cheater in a judging society.
Regarding nature run its course... Yes. She has told me explicitly that her first two priorities are Sukanya (& the family), and her job. This comes a distant third. [To me it looks a distant fourth, as she puts her Melodramatic TV Serials on the list too.]

Yes, and Yes! But is she desperate for it to happen ? I don't think so. As the things are, such play are probably low on her priority list.

Probably yes. But we have not talked about it. It looks too far away the horizon. She is not the type of girl to come to bed for sex after a date or two. I had to wait for 6 months just to kiss her after our engagement. Sex was of course after marriage. She has become more open and bold since then, but apparently not enough!

This one is tricky to answer. She herself does not know probably. Once he updated his WhatsApp status with a photo of him kissing his fiancé, she commented "She is enjoying my teachings. I made him pro." Few months back, Akash had called Divya to invite us in his wedding this November, and he asked Divya to help her make a itinerary for his Honeymoon on Andaman Islands (we too went there). Divya told him to contact me as I was the one who did all the planning back then. But she teasingly said to me "I was so humbled that he asked for my help in making his honeymoon memorable. I was sorry that I could not help. I should have offered him some other things instead. Some sexy lessons."

Yes. I think the same. However, Kaka is good for us in societal sense, if that makes sense - He has a good reputation. So, he will himself maintain secrecy. He is reliable and safe around kids. Nobody will judge Divya if she gets accidently seen with Kaka sometime. He will not get too possessive and want Divya for himself only as he has a family (though no wife). But on personal level - He is just too much into superstitions (A red flag for me.), old-fashioned and judgmental (we cannot open up with him about hotwife concept or so. I don't know what he will do. I am scared that he will try to cure me with some blood magic.), and somewhat misogynistic.
He already thinks I am too much into work. Divya has not confirmed this to him explicitly. I guess I can make Divya tell him that I am not so interested in her and she would like to step up the seduction game. This is my current plan if Divya agrees.

You're very in tune with your wife. That's awesome!! You know her well enough to know if it is going to happen, it'll be when she feels comfortable and she won't sacrifice your family security and autonomy.
