Tomorrow is a harvest festival "Lohiri/Makar Sankranti" in India. This marks the start of holy baths of Kumbh Mela at Sangam (confluence of rivers Ganges and Yamuna), Prayagraj (world's largest gathering - This year in 1.5 months, government expects 400 Million tourists/people at Prayagraj. Yes, 400 Million. Not a typo.) Anyways, Divya is going to start her volunteer work at kitchen from today evening as the mother (Pratibha is her name I believe. We call her aunty) requested all her workforce to prepare 500 tiffin in one night, and send it to Kumbh Mela for the under-privileged by train tomorrow. So, they are putting an all-nighter making delicious food. That young boy will also be there.

I have challenged Divya to initiate some small talk with him, and get his WhatsApp number. It is a challenge as there will be around 25 people, and technically Divya doesn't need to talk to him at all and cannot do so without people noticing. He will surely not initiate anything as it is not a party where you go for flirting and picking up a girl/boy. Let's see if she succeeds. She went pretty confidently that is for sure!

Also, when I say she is confident - That means she can now strike/initiate a "small talk" about weather, family, some cricket game, health with opposite gender without me being present or helping. She has never by herself talked to anyone in flirting/double-meaning manner in public space/party etc. But this is what I encourage her to do.

Update: I picked up my wife and daughter from the neighborhood home kitchen. As expected, Divya did not even talk to that guy let alone get his number. Yes, India is what people call "an organized chaos". It is crowded, but people mind their own business (except from staring problem which unsettles some Westerners, not a problem for us though). It is mostly safe if one is slightly alert and aware of the neighborhood.
Regarding an extra layer of safety, we live in a big gated railways colony, which is actually a township in itself with over 20k inhabitants, where I am second in-charge of the civil administration with Railway Police reporting to me. Divya will play inside colony only as outside town is small, and we don't know anybody there, and there are no places for such things to meet new people.

Sukanya is 6. At this age, Sukanya can start a conversation with anybody specially in party/wedding/get together, which helps Divya in getting to meet/talk to new people. Divya alone usually keeps herself reserved to her women friends or known acquaintance. Though I am encouraging Divya to open up more, and she is positively responding, it will take time to shed off her inherent introvert nature.

Regarding age of future lovers, I have not talked to her about this, but she usually have no qualms about age. Currently, our setting is only about befriending someone, flirt some and just be sexy in general. I have not even told her to have sex with someone or take a lover. That is just what I want down the line.
About general personality of Divya: Once Divya knows a person for sometime, and gets comfortable around them, she can get very open and wild. 2. Shreyas and his wife have a tumultuous marriage. They live like roommates. Once their sons go to college, they may probably separate/divorce. But interestingly, Shreyas' child Naman (his home name), whom Divya is teaching Economics, is having a positive impact on Divya. Mainly because he is a good student. I have to open other perspectives for Divya too (but before that I have to know for sure if Naman is 18+ or not.) Anyways, I don't think anything with Naman can happen because of job nature (she is his teacher) and Naman's mother is vindictive fierce lady. He was just embarrassed, and enjoying the food. It was just friendly banter. No. They do not talk privately. Divya does not use phone that much. We have not talked that seriously what will she do and what do I want ? I mean we have not written out detailed specific rules. But I can share an anecdote. Yes. More than age, I am going for people who are junior to me in bureaucratic set up and have less financial resources. In my township, apart from Administrative Secretary and Chief Engineer, I am at third highest level. I am not going for people outside the company township. Township is itself pretty big with 30k or more people.

This question is very interesting. Currently, I see three potentials (Clarification: This is not the order of ranking. I don't know the likelihood. But as an engineer, I would estimate some probability from my side just for sake.)
