My first idea would be that at check-in, the husbands are separated from their wives. She is assigned a Black man or woman as the resort. The wife has no choice in who is going to be her owner during their week's stay.

At the end of the week, if successful, the white couple will sign contracts of ownership to their new black owner. The White Couple will no longer offer tithes and offerings to there church. The weekly tithes and offerings will go to the black owner He or she will be giving a key to your home. All rules will be covered in the contract. For example, if the new owner wants to visit, his expenses will be paid for by the white couple.
The husband will have to text the owner to get permission to have sex with his wife. Birth control will be discussed.
The Black owner will listen to the white couple about how they feel about this. Then the Black owner will decide. Once the decision is made, the white couple will submit 100 percent. Some black owners may not want children. But most are on a mission to erase the white race. So they may want to breed your wife a lot. Your contract will state in bold letters that the married couple's ALL children will be from the Black owner. The husband will get fixed right away.
In the contract, when the Black owner becomes bored with them, he will sell the family to a new owner. Some Black owners may require the white couple to add his name to all property and bank accounts.
If the white couple already has children, the Family together will be given articles and videos to watch about the superior black race. The children will know their family is 100 percent black-owned. All children will receive lessons alongside their parents.
They are to feel ashamed of the white race, and at age 18, they are to ask their parents to arrange for them to be owned by a black man or woman. The parents are to arrange for the son to be fixed. They are to talk to their black owner to arrange for them to be auctioned off.

So here is a real story from me about how I trained and owned a few couples in NJ.

First couple was a married orthodox Jewish couple, they were both in their 30s. They started out as swingers, but the husband was not only short, but had a short dick too.
