Thanks for the info. Cap has been on our bucket list for years and we were going to go in 2020 but covid ended those plans. We are hoping to possibly go next year if not definitely 2026. We plan to have 10 days there.

I'm not best qualified to answer those questions, as it's some years since we went there. Of course, the shops, bars etc are still there, but the sex on the beach stuff was only really in it's infancy in our time.
We gradually preferred nude beaches elsewhere. We go to 'authorised'/'official' nude beaches. But we also like certain beaches where you arrive at a fully clothed section (well, bikinis and shorts!), and then walk along the beach, and as it thins out, it becomes more and more topless women, and finally nudity. My wife always complains that we have walked far enough, and "here is ok". But that's because she wants to be near some of the clothed males.
