I think that she should ask him out if she wants that kind of man, but should wait to be asked out if she wants THAT type of man. It really depends on what you're looking for really.

The connection between being sexually submissive to needing to feel wanted, desired and cared for is vital. My wife is 90% sexually submissive and about 50% submissive in the rest of her life, which has manifested as some interesting behaviours. First, she didn't really realize that she truly leans towards submission until I pointed out all the many examples over the past 3 decades.
