A recent conversation may be of interest to some:

Recently when I was traveling, a divorced friend of Gigi’s came by to visit with her for about an hour. He isn’t one with who she has had sex but knows us well enough to know she’s sexually active. Each feels they can open up to the other about personal matters. His former marriage involved several problems but one was his wife's lack of interest in sex. He is older, but because his ex is within a year of my wife’s age, he asked what she thought might be the reason for his ex’s attitude toward sex.

Her primary physician and surgeon who also recently became a personal friend had told her for years that studies have concluded sex keeps people young; but over time, our bodies create processes that decrease people’s sex drive. To combat that, prescription medications are available; but over-the-counter vitamins and minerals work for most - but may take months for the effects to show up. Gigi has followed his prescribed regimen and she says her sex drive is as strong as when she was 19. Considering her frequency - and levels of excitation when I and others are fucking her - I think she’s right about that.

Aerobics are particularly helpful but not everyone has the motivation to exercise as often and rigorously as she. Easily available OTC products have a direct health benefit if taken regularly:

At her physician’s suggestion, she takes Vitamin E, which thins the blood and allows it to flow more freely. Its effect is similar to that men derive from Viagra, which causes an increase in blood flow to the penis;

As women age, a hormone commonly develops that suppresses sex drive. Vitamin B6 decreases the production of the negative hormone in women. In men, it increases testosterone by producing the hormone that produces it;

Zinc fuels sexual desire in women as in men. It increases the production of testosterone;

Vitamin A is particularly important. Its sexual purpose is that it keeps sex hormones at the proper levels.

Most of those come in multi-vitamins. She prefers chewables to pills. Zinc is a separate chewable mineral product.

Beyond all that, she is told social closeness with non-sexual partners is similarly important. Stress and loneliness can be sex-killers. When people develop close relationships and feel free to talk about their concerns, they find stress in other areas of life is lessened. Neither she nor I talk with most others about her extramarital sexual activities, but she can easily open up to others about political irritants, perceived self-faults, and sex in general when socially appropriate. She doesn’t mind being alone for extended times when she has certain things to accomplish or when I'm traveling, but otherwise all the above has been found to prevent experiencing frequent stress and combat loneliness when she is alone.

Even if all that isn’t of interest to some, perhaps it can explain how and why my wife likes fucking as much as she does. It isn’t a mental aberration as a few have opined when writing me; it’s intentional, thought by her to be "needed," and just another part of her life's routine. I have come to think her doc's right about sex keeping people young.

She mentioned she has signed up for a non-credit, adult education class on advanced astronomy to soon begin at the local university. He asked what she already knows about astronomy. Thanks. Gigi said my post was misleading in one respect. She has a separate bottle of zinc gummies and takes one daily but says her Centrum multivitamin gummies contain not only the above-mentioned vitamins but also zinc among other minerals (but apparently all not brands do). But she chews a separate zinc gummy daily for the alleged reason it's said to have a benefit related to Covid-19, which hasn't been a great problem in our area; so far, we personally know none in our region to have been infected by the virus, which has reportedly spread rapidly in many areas of the country. If zinc actually fuels sexual desire in women, maybe the extra jolt has something to with her frequent lusty leanings.

Otherwise, neither of us have much faith in most OTC supplements; the other advice her doc has mentioned now and then is that most popular supplements produce little more than good-looking pee. He recommends calcium citrate, glucosamine and chondroitin to some patients for bone strength. Gigi takes those for, she says, "just in case." I'm not as disciplined about that but maybe should be.

A member wrote in a PM he couldn't read the bottom line of our newest avatar. Those two words are "Wait outside." As full disclosure to that member and others, that isn't a personal pic of our door hangar but one that has floated around the web for a while. We have another much like it that I posted a short time here and probably will again amid our rotating avatars. It was funny the few times she used it for laughs with her regular guys - but she really was fucking in our master bedroom at those times and I was elsewhere in the house.

Because of all going on, I probably won't have time to be back for a few days. Mark phoned from his hotel late last night and said he will be returning to our town late Thursday afternoon. They were on the phone about an hour, so she was later getting to bed than usual. He will turn in his loaned courtesy car to the local dealer and Gigi will pick him up at the dealer's lot after she gets off work and bring him to our home. He will be with us through Friday night and plans to take a cab to the airport early Saturday morning. Gigi had thought he would be too bushed after driving from his visit at the second dealer to be here Thursday, but we're each pleased it's working out this way. I assume I'll be in our guest bedroom tonight and tomorrow.

Gigi offered to drive him to the airport early Saturday morning, but he suggested he would be leaving too early that morning. She says she will probably drive him anyway but they can work that out between them later.

And now that I'm thinking about it, I may ask her to hang that door-hanger on the bedroom door for him.

Did everyone forget that Des and Gigi were vaccinated a few weeks ago, my 84- year old mother jhas an appointment in two weeks. If Des and Gigi are the "Christians" they say to be, why didn't they give their shots to the vulnerable than just their hedonistic desires?

Where did you see that? They can't get the vaccine unless they're in the vulnerable group. It's literally impossible here in the states

I don't remember anything about them getting the vaccine, at all. I could be wrong, so I guess we will have to see if Des will clarify. Tango, I think your comment above is not needed. It sounds like some kind of smack down for them and pretty contrary to the good nature of this thread. I agree with A7, it doesn't sound like something they would do or could do considering their risk quotient.

No such vaccination was given by anyone to us. Two military women are mentioned within our pages but unrelated to us receiving any vaccine. We have since written nothing here about either for reasons I'm unwilling to discuss. We are vaccinated for protection against 13 various viruses but not Covid-19, and those were performed at physicians' offices.

Again - Nothing we have written about them had anything to do with vaccinations for us. You may have confused any such event with some other member's posting. You may wish to check out other posts for your searches; that isn't us.
