I so agree with this. They are right next door and a misunderstanding on your part could make for a bad living situation. They, and I mean they, as in both, need to make their intentions clear. Not necessarily you, but too many men think that if a female smiles and flirts, whether intentional or not, then they want to bed them. Just use good judgement. If nothing happens, the worst case scenario is that you have a hot neighbor that is friendly. That’s a win too.
