Last night Jane and i were sitting on the couch after we put the kids to bed. I was at one end, she had her feet folded under her at the other end. She listened as i broke the ice. It was my fault mostly. She saw Deron after saying she was done with him. I don't care if she sees him, i just dont get when she changes her mind on things. Maybe it's a female thing. She asked me if i wanted her to be a hotwife. I am excited by it, but honestly it disturbs me sometimes. I don't know how it couldn't disturb any man knowing his woman is screwing someone else. There are those obviously that it does not however. Ultimately we decided she wuold. She told me she needed to be in control of sex. Ours, and hers with other men. I conceded that. I trust her. All the men i do not, but maybe that is part of the thrill. I know how men are, that they'll push for what they want. Sometimes i think Jane doesn't fully get that. But she has my trust.

J's H, I think you are very insightful about this. There are a lot of husbands who would not hear what your wife is saying to you, or be able to accommodate her need for sexual control.

It appears to me that you and she love each other greatly - enough even to tell each other the truth about your sexual needs and wants and fears. This is rare in the general population, I think, where women's sexuality is regarded as being just about as worthy of respect as that of livestock.

I also think OHW is a good place for you two, because there seems to be a deep understanding among the posters here that women are entitled to be in charge of their own sexuality if they wish to or need to. And that not only does that not mean they are bad wives or bad women, it means they are all the more splendid and glorious.

Certainly you want her to be safe - so does she. I think you are right to trust her judgment in selecting whom to fuck. And you are also right to maintain vigilance for her well-being.

I also think you will find a good way to be both trusting and vigilant.

I think this is what Men really need to let go of. Women used to be little more than chattel, than finally allowed to vote, belongings of their families then transferred to their husbands, and it still is that way in many countries and cultures.

But we have really come somewhere as a people having allowed women to be who they are. Add to that the freedom of sexuality, oh my! Yes I have married my wife but where is it decreed that I have total say about her physical self? There are discussion points sure.

My wife is allowed to be sexually who she wants and the two of us both have been phenomenal beneficiaries of this fact.

I think you're reading too much into it, MrBrunetteBeth. I consider my wife "my woman" just like she considers me "her man". Maybe there is a certain bit of 'possession' psychology involved, but it isn't sexist.. it most definitely works both ways.

i guess i've taken more control over the past two years, but maybe not. i mean i always had freedom, maybe i just do it more now. anyway i think it works good this way. i won't hurt my husband, but i have to be in control of what i want and do. even if i then give up control to a fb to some extent.

ugcp and Mr.BB are both right, because the word "my" functions as a signal on many levels and is rightly interpreted in many ways.

One meaning is "whose I am" - so that sometimes when I say "my wife" I might be declaring my commitment to her and to our marriage - like "my" country.

At some other times we keep open the possibility of its use in playful ways, so that she's my slut and I'm going to fuck her silly!!

What seems to have gone almost completely out of use in our marriage is any serious (non-ironic or non-joking) meaning that I own or possess her as as chattel. But that's still a widely prevailing meaning throughout the world and so we do well to be mindful of the context in which we use it.

I think "mine" is prophetic in many ways.

For JH he distances himself with the self analyzing - "why wouldn't any husband ... his wife..."

It doesn't matter what others do, just JH and Jane. And how much ownership is involved is situational. Ownership is hot. Paying for it can be hot. Master/slave or BDSM is hot. Topping/bottoming. Hot, hot, HOT. HWing - incredibly fucking amazingly hot!!! Your results may vary.

But the point here is that a shift has occurred. JH has let go, maybe just enough, and Jane has taken over or taken back something that has so far and may allow the potential to produce remarkable areas of discovery in their relationship. With each other and sexual experiences that Jane is involved with.

I for one will continue to look forward to those things that these two are willing to share. For good and less so. There are things to be gained by all of it. For the lucky couple as well as those they entertain out here.

Jane got home about twenty minutes ago. She spent the night at Deron's new condo. She's seeing Sam tonight. She seems kind of tired, but not too bad. Apparently slept till mid morning and then had sex again. You'll hear more when i do.

Jane and Deron were together friday night. Saturday evening Jane and i both went to Sam's. When we first met him he seemed like a cool guy, but since then he's acted much differently. So i wanted to be there. There was some small talk, and i'm guessing me being there meant there was less than usual. We all sat down in the living room, and he asked Jane to sit on his lap. He began kissing her neck, and lips , and soon pawed at her chest. He asked her to pull her top down, and he squeezed her breasts for nearly a minute while just staring into her face. Softly he said let's go, and off they started to the bed. I followed. He asked me to wait outside, but Jane requested for me to watch, and Sam relented. They undressed and Jane began blowing him, and it was getting to the point that i was seeing all that i wanted. Just as he was about to enter her i got up and stepped out. It's just not my thing to watch. I could hear them, which in it's own way was just as wild as watching. They were alone a little over an hour, and apparently it was nonstop during that time.
The next day we were off for Easter activities, and i think i sense a moral conflict with Jane about hotwifing and religion, so she hasn't felt much like posting.
