The frequency of sex has a lot to do with the age of the couple!! The older you get the more time passes between sex until one day I guess you just don't any more. I think one or two times a month is normal for most couples in their late 50s and married for more than 20 years on up and into the 70s. Remember that a lot of sex doesn't involve PIV sex and older couples will often not engage in PIV but still have wonderful intimate sexual relations together and maybe with someone else as well. But your mileage may vary!!!

I only have what is referred to as reclaiming sex. When we young my wife was very, very active sexually. If she fucked at home, I was last. When she dated and I waited at home she was always well filled when she got back. We had and have great sex but it's always after she's been with someone. We discovered over 20 years ago we don't really seem to get aroused for each other unless she's been fucking. She doesn't smell right. She doesn't feel right. Not a lot of data yet on this poll, but I guess Susan and I are a vey rare breed. In our 60’s; and we have sex more than 7 times per week. That can be attributed to Susan being on HRT and me on testosterone; which is like the fountain of youth to us.

Didn't respond to the poll here since my wife and I are not a hotwife couple at this point in time. But throwing in, that we are in our 50s (together for 30 years, married for 20) and the norm for us has always been about three to four times a week. I have always wanted more, but she has always wanted some gaps to let her libido charge up.

The only time that was different was when she fucked her ex while we were dating. Then we got up to five to seven days a week (and I felt we were more sexually compatible at those times). Given she has many other great qualities and we love spending so much time together in a non-sexual way, this has never been a deal breaker.

Recently, as she has been having cybersex with this one guy and fantasizing about fucking him in real life (pretty much constantly now), we have started to hit five to six days a week. There have been definite changes in her since she started virtually playing. So I think if she does become a hotwife with this guy, I am sure we will be fucking daily for a few weeks until her next meetup with him.

We're in our mid 50's. We have sex with each other every day. Sometimes more than once a day. If she's seen our regular guy, it might be a lot more than once a day for us. If work and kids weren't in the mix, we'd probably have sex with each other 2-3 times a day, every day. When we were younger, we might go at it twice as much as we do now. If she had some extra help, she could still go all day.

We're in our early 60's. We manage 1-2 x a week. If we've been playing with others, that number tends to go up. Also when on vacation it goes up. Hub still knows what works for me. I'm glad that that what works for him is him seeing me with others.
