My wife did and we know other women who did and do. It doesn't seem to me those who continue to play would be in the majority. Having kids is physically tiring and emotionally draining. With a new baby at home it's not something I would bring up. She's going to have her hands full for a while. Sex isn't going to be at the top of her to do list.
