Meaning to anklet and toe ring combo

Can any more experienced members here tell me if there is a meaning when a woman wears an anklet and toe ring combo? In the case I am thinking of, she is wearing one on each foot. I think it is also called a bare sandal. Is this just a decoration or is there some lifestyle meaning? Looking online I have seen both yes and no, so am hoping some of you can clear it up.

F12 - This is one of those 'things' I have often pondered, where the woman makes this shift mentally and sometimes physically. Much like an actor getting into a role and assuming the character they are to portray.

I can't comment on the anklet toe ring combination, but there have been posts on this Forum in the past on whether or not a woman wearing an anklet was a hotwife.
