Has anyone read this book by Molly Roden Winter?

I managed to find a free copy online and converted it to pdf. I would be interested to hear of any opinions as I found Molly's experiences interesting as, although her and her husband are both free to date others, some of her experiences with men mirror those that my wife has had, although we are strictly stag & vixen and I have no interest in other women.
