Mine is currently maybe 4", but only gets semi hard. It used to maybe reach 5" when I was younger, but 5 years ago I had to start taking prostate meds at a fairly young age (49) which severely limits my erections and atrophy seems to have begun. I am small enough that I have difficulty staying inside, and staying hard. Erectile dysfunction medications help a little bit, but not much.

In my experience, it depends on the woman. Some are indeed size queens and some aren't all that particular about size.
