'Holidsy' is used in the UK (and some other English speaking UK former colonies) instead of 'vacation', as used in the USA.

Holiday outside of the USA means a vacation.

It’s relatively common, less so than it used to be but not unusual for women to go topless on the beach or around the pool in Europe.
