Hey, Ucaneffher, that last scenario is so good, if you have any ideas of changes in the story line, or additional scenes, it woul be great to see those 'edited' in.
A couple of ideas I have are:
1. Instead of the reason for his girlfriend entering the show being a bet, how about this couple was watching a previous series with another couple and some friends, and the rest say they would never trust their partner to remain faithful on a show like that, and with bravado and a little too much confidence, the boyfriend says he would trust his girlfriend. It turns into a bit of a heated debate, with the rest saying they don't believe him, and he is, in the end, dared to put his money where his mouth is and ask/encourage his girlfriend to go on the show. She is hesitant, but finally agrees.
2. the girlfriend while on the show is obviously falling for the Male contestant, but is being a little resistant to him, because she wants to remain faithful to her boyfriend and doesn't want to upset him/make him or make him jealous.
The programme makers, wanting it to flow better and be more exciting, go to see the boyfriend and say they really need her to open up to his advances and that her feelings for her boyfriend and not wanting to hurt him are holding her back. They explain that want him to record a video message, encouraging her to go along with the spirit of the competition and to wholeheartedly try to win and not hold back her affection and physical contact with the male contestant.
He reluctantly agrees to do this, saying although he loves her very much and will of course be jealous, he wants her to let go, enjoy herself and really try to win properly, for the good of the show and that it was his on fault anyway, because he talked her into going onto the show, despite her reservations of what it could mean to their relationship.
Just a couple of ideas. It would be really great to see the story developed or added to, with more details. If it's too much trouble, or not appealing, no worries!

The show Temptation Island has many episodes where while the couples are apart the gf fucks other guys. In the end basically the original bf has to decide if he wants her back. Of course if he does he basically admits to being a cuckold. It's a fun show to watch.
The idea of a small "bachelor" type of concept has been a fantasy before. Say you get a camera man, place some adds in dating website and bring about 5 handsome guys to meet your wife. They compete for your wife over several days and she fools around with several along the way. Once she chooses the one he basically becomes her long term bull. Could be casually filmed in local bars/beaches etc.

There is no such thing as a "reality" show on TV. They are all fake, so impossible to be a reality. We've had a couple of friends with different reality shows, they all quit because of the fakeness required by the producers.

My wife watches the Bachlorette, and I have commented on numerous occasions how hot it would be for her to be the bachlorette, and get to fuck all these hot young guys. Then I would get to hear which of the guys she absolutely would do , and it is always most of them.

However, herein lies the catch — the couples are invited to a resort where the husbands get to spend a month with six younger women while the wives get to do the same with six younger men. Eventually, after going on several dates and getting to know their younger partners, the couples are asked to decide if they want to remain married or split up permanently.
