I would definitely pay for new boobs as long as she wants them and she is asking for them. However, I'm not paying for them if she is already seeing other men and the men are the ones telling her to get them, it has to be something that SHE wants.
Another scenario, if she isn't a hot GF/hotwire yet but is contemplating it and the only thing holding her back is her insecurity about her breast or feels that she would feel more comfortable entering the lifestyle with enhanced breasts, then you can bet your ass that we are getting her a boob job and signing up to start playing!
I'll toss in one last story.. little over a decade ago my first and only hot GF was on rotation for nearly a dozen and a half men. I wouldn't pay for implants for any reason unless she wanted them, and then that is reason enough. Cuckolding would not play a role in the decision. As with @ucaneflher, it's all about what she wants.
