Hi, Jeremie.

Reading your whole thread, I feel so much of the same angst that you express. We came into the cuckold lifestyle under very similar circumstances. I have had (and still have) many of the same worries about our relationship that you seem to be experiencing.

This is why I came to OHW, and why I sponsor the website. Talking to the wife or a buddy about my experiences is one thing, but talking/writing to someone who has had the same exact feelings and concerns as I have had is something completely different.

It’s a sort of “brotherhood.” No one can truly understand it until they’ve lived it. And the way you explain your experiences, it’s obvious to those of us who have lived it that you’re a “brother.”

I’m still here.
I apologize for going dormant for so long.
Everything is fine over here – totally good.
Life has just been soooooo busy.
And in this particular thread of life, the happenings with Emily and Josh and me, things started moving and changing so fast I became overwhelmed with trying to write about it all. But I did keep journaling about it in my own style and had already written a lot of rough draft accounts, which I’m returning to now. It’s easier to return and catch up now because things have kind of settled out and stopped changing so fast – it’s just a new and stable status quo.

I also dipped back into OHW and have been hooked on reading RunDannyRun’s thread “Young Married Guy” - oof – so intense. And that has inspired me to catch up with my own posts. Just going back over what I’ve already posted and my unedited notes on what happened next is really getting me back into it, and sharing helps me re-live it and realize certain things in retrospect.

I’d like to start sharing what has happened in the past year and what I’ve learned from it. But might go slow to not get overwhelmed again. Might not start into it right away - just dropping a note for now.
