I would say half the wives I've been with have told either their bff or their sister—I never thought about if their husbands knew about the bff/sister knowing (they're usually fairly conservative and very discreet). However, there are two wives I've been with where their friend groups knew. One I actually ran into at a mall once with 3 of her friends and the looks they gave me were very hot. The other has told her "wine club" and keeps telling me she wants me to be a special guest one of these days.
I'm not aware if any other wives I'm with their families know. I would assume that's a fairly small percentage.
