my wife is educated at an university level, is even teaching right now at the university too. but the interesting part is what level have her lovers.

I liked the poll found it interesting. But looking at it out on the "Far Side" (LOL) the grammar throughout this forum does not match the poll's average high education level.

I suspect there are multiple reasons why the educated find the hotwife lifrstyle so alluring. Some thoughts on the reasoning:

1. Mental stimulation. The more intelligent someone is, typically the more stimulation they need. At the ultra intelligence level, vanilla in anything is never interesting enough. Exploring is always needed in many areas of life. That is less the caae for those with more fixed views of the world.

2. Physical limitations. Often the very smart are not the same as the very strong. The theoretical alpha is basically a jock. If a man is adored for his physique he rarely has the incentive to strive professionally and intellectually in order to get the ideal mate. Smarter guys often have to work harder to prove themselves than tall athletic specimens. This can lead to the beta complex among what are actually clearly alphas.

3. Smart people have doubt. Certainty tends to erode amongst the intelligent. Confidence is much more common amongst those not smart enough to realise quite how limited they are. We all know that women love confidence and some of us may find it appealing ourselves.

4. Educational attainment and professional achievement does have some aasociation with obsessiveness. In this field it can mean that once an idea grips firmly, it can take root obsessively to the exclusion of other almost as good ideas.

5. Husbands vs lovers. There may be something to the idea that a woman wants a smart, educated man to provide for her family. A long term relationship like a marriage benefits the woman if the husband is intelligent and so earns well. Smart guys should also have interesting things to talk about and are more likely to be funny. But the hotwife concept taps into a woman's short term desires which can allow her the primal pleasure of a lover while still having the intelligent provider for her family.

Just some thoughts for causation over correlation. Not all would apply in all cases of course. For me, the entries 1&4 are likely the main ones drawing me to want to be a cuckold to my loving wife.

It's a supposition backed up by anecdotal evidence and the evidence of the eyes. It is pretty much the thesis of this thread. There is far less evidence presented to the contrary. If you have a counterpoint then you should make it as arguing the null is too simplistic.

Educational attainment does have something to do with intelligence but it is only partially correlated. It is an indicator. There are genius level people who have only limited education. There are plenty of dumb people who have outstanding qualifications. But in general people who are educated are smarter than people who are not.

Your point about power and success agrees with my point. Power and success are only partially correlated with education and most of that correlation comes from basic levels of education ex. literacy. Success is driven by several other factors of which emotional intelligence, strategic coherence, and persistence under pressure are ones I've noticed.

I do not have a formal educational background other than high school then into the military service. Afterwards I was into construction and found myself transitioning into finance in order to help idiots with masters and PHDs. So for the last 30 plus years without a higher education, I have helped others become financially successful in many ways.

I have seen people with a second grade education level become millionaires and those well educated people come in to my office as financial disasters. Success comes from the heart as I would presume most men wanting to or who are a current cucks (like myself) could have originated more from desire or in acceptance of their inabilities. I think if you search other websites such as SLS or SDC you may find more of those that are uneducated and do not have a desire to write about it as many do on this thread. In the leading militaries, including the US military, I would suggest that the level of education offered is vastly superior to that enjoyed by a civilian equivalent at each level. Simple things like understanding military law would get you a qualification in the academic world. And that's before the clear difference in common sense.

All professions offer some form of informal education. The military probably just does it better than most. For a soldier the training is so much better than a laborer. For an officer, the education is basically a Masters degree.

Wow. I walk away for 5 minutes… I noted that I looked quickly at Wikipedia US education level attainment and… the small sample that I saw here was higher for post graduate work than on wiki. Also, yes… education is decent and lazy gauge of intelligence.

After re-reading the answers that were posted here, I think the only thing I can say is .....IDK. I think highly educated men like myself are drawn to this lifestyle, in part, b/c we like to surrender control.
