I've been kept locked probably 90-95% of the time for several years now. The key was getting a custom built cage sized specifically for me and getting on that was open enough for proper hygiene. I have an off-the-shelf CB-3000, it's about 20 years old. 'Hygiene' is not an excuse for getting out, I can get clean with it on by using liquid/gel soap. The original hinged rings broke and I repaired them with JB Weld, making them solid and widening out the bottom area to get a larger 'contact patch'. During long-term wear, the skin where the ring is in contact, at the scrotum 'toughens up', much like when you get calluses on your hands from physical labor.

Of course not all the stories are true, just like not all the stories about other sexual escapades *here* are not true. Some sites are worse than others.
