I would see a Dr. ASAP.SoFLCuck wrote: ↑Sat Mar 29, 2025 11:11 amHi All. Hope everyone is doing well. Things are still great with us. We’ve learned over the past month that that I can no longer achieve an erection. Not sure if that’s a blessing or a curse. Over the past few months we’ve noticed that even when I get excited, I really wasn’t getting very hard. I’ve shared this with the wife and she’s given me two hand jobs where I have orgasmed both times but remained completely soft. I asked our bull if I should try viagra and he is against that.

I second that! Go get that checked out. I’d be worried about prostate issues and larger health implications.
Hopefully you get a clean bill of health and it’s all mental.
Not a doctor - just worried

Even if this does not bother you (or your wife) and fits in well with your lifestyle choices, I´d consider having this checked out by a specialised MD to make sure there isn´t an underlying medical issue that would go unnoticed.SoFLCuck wrote: ↑Sat Mar 29, 2025 11:11 amHi All. Doubling down on what germancuck-1 is saying. Go to the doctor! You already stated that you have anxiety issues that became apparent because of your work situation. I've experienced work related/induced anxiety and it affected me in all facets of my life, especially sexually. If you're on more than one medication there could be problems with the interactions of those medications. When your health is unstable you be preoccupied with thinking about that first and foremost.germancuck-1 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 31, 2025 9:01 amEven if this does not bother you (or your wife) and fits in well with your lifestyle choices, I´d consider having this checked out by a specialised MD to make sure there isn´t an underlying medical issue that would go unnoticed.SoFLCuck wrote: ↑Sat Mar 29, 2025 11:11 amHi All. Hope is not a strategy but it's still good to have! Especially if you don't have a strategy!

Agree. A few pages back when he mentioned anti-depressants, I said mine killed my sex drive (and erections). When my life situation changed enough I kicked the pills and got into working out again for the first time in a decade. Things went back to normal after a transition period of a month or so. But viagra always helps haha.coastalkid wrote: ↑Mon Mar 31, 2025 9:36 amDoubling down on what germancuck-1 is saying. Go to the doctor! But it could be something more serious like diabetes or something .
I’m my humble opinion, get out of the cage and go see an MD. I your wife and her ex care for you, they won’t object to pausing a fun sex game.

I apologise for you remark about “all mental” - you guys have some awesome replies. I was obviously ignorant of some of the implications of mental health and the medication. Please SoFL - go get yourself to a doctor. Just to make sure it’s nothing bad.

Should be conferring with medical professionals to make sure there isn't an underlying issue.
Re: My Wife and her Ex Husband
Hi All. Just a quick update. Saw my doctor and he determined that my zero erection issue was a side effect of the medication. He did say lowering the dose is something that must be done slowly. He did reduce the dose a little bit and I am back to having small erections.

Five years today since the Ex arrived. Amazing story. A very stable relationship. A still very satisfied wife.
