It is normal and acceptable not to want your sex life to be exposed, regardless of whether you are in a vanilla or cuckold marriage.
However, in a cuckold relationship it can be more difficult to keep your sex life private. Some cucks are very afraid of being exposed while others are excited by this idea. Which type do you fit in? It already happened since she told some of her friends and they no-doubt told the rest as well as their husbands and BFs. Most of her friends basically responded with the usual Miss Obvious comments:

We’ve considered the nightmare scenario where we get exposed. Yes, a couple of people already know, but that was by choice. We haven't given up on the idea, but we need to noodle on it a lot more. Once we go public, it would be impossible to take back without 1) humiliating ourselves and 2) pissing everyone we know off. We're very much discussing the great constructive criticism that we got from everyone on the thread. We do like to be a little risque sometimes on our date nights.
