I was hopeful but she just fell head over heals in love with the guy. There was nothing I could do. I even said to her that she could keep having sex with him as long as we stayed married, and she didn't want to do that either.

Oddly enough went through the same with my 2014 gf. she was 47 and he was a 19 year old university student, my current is exclusive to us and life is great again

Me being the third in some relationships i would never want to interfere in the family situation. I see and saw myself as the extramarital providerer of some sex and sometimes as a escape from the family.
But i understand the nature of the problem. Some wives may see that there is something else, outside of there narrow fences of their marriage and they might like that. We, the bulls (although i don´t like that word) play on a field without much trouble and wives might missunderstand that as the
real world without the daily dosis of reality. We, the bulls, are often an element to escape the boring world of marriage and parenthood. That may be tempting.
