Hormone Replacement Therapy for her

GF is in her early 50s and certainly has had no problems getting wet , wanting and initiating sex but her specialist Dr is recommending HRT ( estrogen & progesterone) in addition to wegovy ( GLP1) to combat other side effects of getting older . Her symptoms are , tiredness, hot flashes , weight gain etc. .
In addition to having her hormones, be “fully optimized “I’m selfishly wondering if not only will she feel better and younger, but somehow will the therapy benefit our cuckolding relationship? Hehehe

It works very well for many couples on OHW. Several use BioTe, as well as other methods.

Hi BFofGF, my wife is also in her early fifties and has been on HRT for over a year. Coincidentally, she has also had a BF for the past year! We talked about her becoming a hotwife for over ten years and she always was supporting of my fantasy, but would NEVER take the leap in the LS. Since she went on HRT, of testosterone and estrogen, her sex drive has greatly increased and she took a leap and now truly enjoys having a BF and our sex life, that was great, even became better. I can't say enough positive remarks about HRT.

Generally speaking, testosterone has to be part of the HRT for libido to increase sifnificantly.

On the other hand...my wife, Cressida, chose NOT to take HRT because of health risks she perceived and when menopause hit, this wanton slut turned into a prude! And I'm not kidding about the terms "wanton slut" nor "prude".
Menopause COMPLETELY robbed her of her libido; but I understand she was concerned, and IT IS her body, so I keep my mouth shut and jack off a lot...a REAL lot!

My 55yo wife went on HRT a couple of years ago and it has been mostly very good. She was experiencing reduced libido, (previously unimaginable!) dryness and a stinging sensation during sex, and it has resolved all of that. Her skin is smoother and her hair is silkier, and because she's always been in good shape she looks ten to fifteen years younger than she is. We have sex roughly five times more often than we did before and it has certainly improved both our lives.
It hasn't been a completely unqualified success though. Although sex is much more frequent, it has also become more vanilla. Because sex had become something of a special occasion for us and there was always plenty of build-up, we were having lots of fun with dressing up, roleplay, toys and light BDSM, and lots of hotwife/cuckold-themed pillow talk, which she enjoyed and engaged with. Now though, it's usually naked straight from the shower and fast forward to the main course of PIV, which always was her favourite part in fairness. My lurid fantasies have taken more of a back seat and we've gone back to a sex life more like the one we had when we were younger, which was relentless but unadventurous.

She tried HRT but got cancer from it. She is now going natural and has minimal sex drive. No cuddles, BJs, making out, hotwifing, swinging ect. This coming from a nympho of 35 years plus. We have sex maybe once every 2 months now and I think she does it just for me. Encourage your lady to get regular check-ups and screenings. Negative consequences from HRT can be life changing for some.

My wife has been on HRT for 2 years and it has had enormous positive impact on her life. She's a little on the thrifty side but she said she doesn't care how much it costs, she's never going off of it.

I believe she is just on estrogen as a patch and the progesterone is a pill. At this time she is not on any testosterone. Perhaps that is a next step and therapy or perhaps when she describes her symptoms to her Dr , did not include any loss of sexual desire.
While I agree there has been no loss of sexual desire, it would be incredible if she had an increase in sexual desire!!!!. Yes, I know this is self-serving. I will discuss with her, and inform the group .
Question is the testosterone usually and only administered with an intramuscular needle… Or is there some simpler short needle method available?

The BioTe pellets are placed just under the skin, in my case, on my upper butt.

Different people will respond differently to hormone therapy. Some women get relief from hot flashes with no increase in libido. In my wife's case, it solved the hot flashes, mood swings and increased her libido significantly. She has always enjoyed the lifestyle but she began desire more sex more often. Worked well for both of us.

Exact same for us. My formally insatiable hot wife always planned to do HRT at whatever point her libido dropped. However, her sister & cousin did HRT - and they both developed breast cancer.
So, my wife did not do HRT. Her libido has dropped to almost 0. I support her in every way, because our party and sex life are secondary to health. If there were a treatment that had no chance of triggering a health issue, she’d be on it in a minute.
It was really fun for us, until she hit about 60.
In contrast, one of my GFs did HRT… and a medium drive gal became a nympho. When she stopped… her libido disappeared. Another playmate started a couple of years ago… and “needs” sex at least once a day. So it does appear to work.

Great feedback. My wife is 54, healthy and athletic but menapause has killed her sex drive. Ive discussed HRT with her but she refuses due to family history of breast cancer. Sex is so infrequent and intercourse is painful for her. She has started estrogen cream injections to strengthen her vagina walls so maybe that willl help with the pain but hasnt done anything for her libido thats dead. Wish there was a safe alternative to get her to want sex again.

My wife went on BioTe testosterone pellets 1 year ago. She feels much better, sleeps much better, has significantly less hair loss but minimal effects for libido. She’s never had much of a libido so her issue is likely between her ears and not related to hormones. She does enjoy sex more gets more wet, but really nothing on the sex drive.

She did HRT, and she got cancer. That doesn’t mean the two are actually related. The studies implying a link have been debunked. As a matter of fact, the reverse could be true. If you do instagram, follow Dr Kelly Casperson.

Exactly the same situation here. If asked, I'd advise all young people to have as much sex as possible no matter what their current situation in life, as the party can end any time for any number of reasons.
