I've used depilatory creams on my ball sack (not Nair specifically), and didn't have a problem with pain, or any sensitivity at all. However, if you read reviews on Amazon and elsewhere, you'll find plenty of guys that had problems. Some funny reviews there.

Then again, the creams weren't that effective anyway. It's messy and smelly too.

It didn't bother me, but I know that there are some people that have issues even with something like laundry detergent. I expect that sensitivity would vary from person to person. It would be nice if they could improve the smell though.
