when I post updates to my main thread no one sees it.

I get people on here telling my what you just said, but i also get people on here telling me they avoid longer threads like that because its too long, too much to catch up on... theres no winning here

The people telling you to avoid longer threads are wrong the most popular threads on this forum are y_guy's, w770s and so on.

By bump into oblivion, I mean that every new thread that is created causes the very last thread on the last page on the board to disappear. A few of the most treasured threads (someonecuckme, for example) have disappeared forever due to this.

Honestly do whatever you feel like, it's not that important. I feel stupid for having made it an issue

couldn't you save those popular threads with a bump, if you really wanted to?

you say avoiding longer treads is wrong, but people on here tell me keeping to longer threads is wrong. everyone has a different way of experiencing and enjoying this board...

what i do know though is, update posts i make to my existing long thread tend to get less views and interactions than individual posts I make, like this one.

dont feel stupid, its good to discuss issues like this, lets just try to do so respectfully.

what we really need is a subscription type service on here, where we could subscribe and follow the people who's posts we want to see more of... i dunno, just a thought...

Sounds like my wife and I, however her big thing is she wants me to watch the sex every time. She says it really excites her to look over and seeing me jerking off as she fucks. In all our years together she won't go solo, I begged her to go out solo when I was in the hospital for a long period of time. She insisted that it wouldn't be the same not seeing me watching.
