One of the conditions wife has placed in our journey and experience is that when I service her lovers , or my own hook ups that condoms are must. So far I have kept that promise. Yes, Bareback is ideal for everyone. For HIV protection, look at Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP). This can be taken daily, or situationally, aka “on-demand PrEP”. This is two pills 24 hours in advance of the potential exposure and one pill 24 hours later and then another pill 24 hours after that. This only covers HIV. The daily dosing is the most recommended and insurance does cover it. In order to get PrEP though, you will need to be tested for HIV initially and then every three months after for all STD’s. Doxy Pep, is also protection against gonorreah and chlamydia (not syphillis), with one Doxycycline pill taken within 24 hours of exposure. I highly recommend that if you want to go bareback and with more than one partner, you do some research on these and discuss with your Doctor.

That’s what I’m craving for with couple of my wife’s lovers and my bi partner ….we have committed conditions by wife, hopefully she will change the kind down the road.

Would definitely share this with my wife and explore the option. I have been on PrEP for 10 years and have never used a condom since!

PrEP does reduce quite a bit of anxiety. Insurance should cover this, but may be a small co-pay. Good luck!
