Buying a lovenest/apartment for the wife to hangout in?

Hi, must start with to say that i made a similar question a few weeks ago, but now I think we have find one..., so a short summary;
I would like to ask for some advice. My wife had a regular lover a couple of years ago. I didn't know at first, but after a while I became aware. They were often seen during the day while I was at work. They also met at home in our house. Nowadays our children are so big that they are often home after school. It is therefore difficult to meet at our house.
My wife sometimes says that it would have been nice to have an extra small apartment, where she can just be herself. Simply get a break from the family. I support her in that, but at the same time I have a little nagging concern about whether this is the first step to a separation. Of course I don't want that. Do you think it is a good idea? We have been looking a little for a suitable object.

Personally no, I don't..
The fact she cheated on you very publicly is a big red flag for me - sorry.
And that aside, unless you live somewhere ridiculously expensive- eg New York or London, a tiny apartment is never going to be a brilliant ROI - you'd be better off renting her an Air bnb when she wants one.

Hotcouple66: Don’t listen to the “downers” here who have no fun. Live! We’ve had a place in multiple cities and it has worked perfectly. Scarlett is able to let her guard down at our “fun” place and the freedom of that is mind-blowing fun. I’ve had some very easy, playful fun too. I say try it! Why not? If it isn’t working, then bail on it. It’s not the end of the world… just move to something that works better for your agreed desires. Keep communications open and honest.

My wife is a real hotwife. She has a regular lover here in our town for the last 9 years. As you can imagine, it was very convenient for them to have a small apartment/studio. So, one day I asked my wife if she would like that. Of course, she liked the idea, and very soon I found the place, I bought it, we furnished the place and decorated it very sexy. I printed few sexy pic of my wife in lingerie (very big size) and we hanged them in the walls, we transferred there all the sexy toys we had, so the place become very sexy itself.
My wife is using it for the last 2-3 years, to meet her regular lover, but also someone else time after time. Most of the times we go together, she has sex with her lover and I watch and take pics and videos. But sometimes they go alone, when I am not able to join them. It happens that they go there straight from the work. In general, it works really well. I consider it as the best investment in my life. So, go for it my friend.

I had a boat years ago I used for this purpose... it was fun to hang out 9n but also nice to invite new people to, without them com8ng to our house.

What is your biggesr concern? That she would leave me?

Thanks for your answer. Im thinking very much the same. It doesnt have to be final. Also think that open communications is important. What we both could expect from out of it.

Tanks for reply. It sounds like it have worked out well for you. Thing is i kind of like the idea, but all new and changes could be a bit scary.

I'm a landlord- I'd be more concerned about losing money
Joking aside, I think if you and your wife are in a strong place, the trust is there between you and you can afford it then why not go for it. I'll admit something like that would be extremely convenient at times - like you, we've got an older child (17) and it's difficult to predict his routine..
But (and there's always a "but"), something is obviously niggling at you - I'd address that before rushing into anything.
And I'm not being a party pooper- I'm just recommending caution

If I were you, and had the money, I would buy a very nice one bedroom apartment and use it as AirBnB, excluding some nights.
