I hope so. If he has a problem with any of us we could have solved it without such a drastic step. Perhaps and hopefully he's just attempting to monetize his writing talents.

It is the choice of any OP to request that their thread be deleted.

Indeed! Of course it's the choice of any OP for whatever reason. That's exactly as it should be and Admin is to be applauded for this stance. I don't think there is any harm in our voicing regrets at the loss of great contributions from the library, though. Particularly, as in this case, where the comments are (I think) universally expressing huge appreciation for all that has been given freely before. If it was me I would be gratified to have left folk with such positive feelings.
