Book 6 will begin having new stuff, going beyond what was originally published here.

Will you continue the theme of the last story about Greg joining them in their honeymoon and Zoey being more conservatively dressing for Hudson during these honeymoon to push his bottoms to agree for Greg to join them. After Greg joins them, Zoey starts dressing more revealing (thong bikini when before it was a modest bikini, using shorter skirts when before they were longer skirts, wearing thigh highs, etc.) and behaving as if she is in the honeymoon with Greg and Hudson is some common friend or someone that they met at the hotel. Also, Zoey letting Greg to do anal with her when before Hudson only wanted this to be exclusively for him would the remaining barrier for Zoey and Greg to consolidate their relationship while Hudson is feeling that he is losing Zoey even more. The angsts and arousal of Hudson would be through the roof with something like this. If you continue this theme, it would be quite hot! Waiting for book 6 to drop

I'm pretty sure he admits in this thread that he has been testing out some stuff there under a different name. That being said, he needs the playground. He's at his best when he's just letting it flow and I think the for money stuff is a little constraining (and I'm guessing more drudge work as he gets it prepped). I love it though. Feedback on what to write can be death for an artist. Just release the hounds and whatever happens, happens.

Book 6 of the Be Careful What You Wish For series will be out on Kindle and Smashwords in a day or two (hopefully). If you read the series when it was published here on OHW, the last chapter ended with Greg calling someone for help with breaking up Mike and Jen (now their names are Hudson and Zoey, so people on Kindle, Smashwords, etc. don't get confused when they read the different series).

In this Book 6, we learn who Greg called. We also get some backstory on Greg, and find out why he has always been so obsessed with Hudson's girl, Zoey. So this Book 6 gets into the new material not published here on OHW (although the earlier books have been heavily edited and things added than what was published here).

Anyway, I wanted to let everyone know this, as I promised to tell you when the series got to new material. Below is the blurb on Kindle describing the book.

For book 7, following the theme that you have now, it would be hotter in book 7 for Hudson to see Zoey and Greg acting as if they are the couple in the honey moon and Hudson is a random friend that they met who is accompanied by Kimmy. You could do something like the two couples moving to a different hotel where Zoey and Greg register as a recently married couple with Zoey calling herself Sophy and using Greg's surname. Hudson's angst could be through the roof. He watches in first person how Zoey, now Sophie, is wearing sexier and more revealing clothes that she would never or would rarely wear for him. For example, Greg now gives her a thong bikini that shows off most of her ass and makes for a great view of her legs all the way to her exposed ass, showing off her ballerina legs and ass to anyone at the pool and beach. During this time, she asks to Hudson to takes photos of her and Greg at the beach, at the club, while she behaves as Greg's new bride and everyone calls her as such in front of Hudson

However, assuming you are talking about, "A Husband's Fantasy Backfires" then I have to agree with you. This story was one he wrote years ago when he was writing under the pseudonym: Flash of Stocking. I do believe he never finished it then.

Potentially, this story could have been a classic, but it needed a lot of rework and extra added. However, on first reading, it looks like very little has changed from the original other than the names.

With my writer's hat on, I was hoping for a little more, and 80 pages is certainly not a book. As a reader, you are just getting into it and it stops and you wait months. I have now stopped purchasing these short story "books" from all other authors except Xleg. If it is not 150 pages, plus, I do not purchase it.

My suggestion is to email Xleg, his email address is in the books. I have found that he does respond when he has time to do so.

All good points. I've gotten feedback from people that they sometimes prefer shorter books, so I made this one shorter and priced it lower at $2.99, rather than my regular prices of $3.99 for a longer book. By the way, that's why I'm trying to publish more short story collections.

I just read the "My son's fat black friend stole my wife" story, and it reads a lot like an abridged/alternate version of Holly's Breeding by Engwwok on lit.
It's definitely not a one-to-one carbon copy of it, and I'm not here to accuse X of ripping off engywwok. The stories do rhyme in a good deal of places to me. Holly's Breeding is well worth checking out for those of you who haven't read it.
