ED - physical background

I'm fifty years old in good health. I'm 185 lbs at 6'-0" height, and my fat counter says I have 24% body fat. I don't exercise regularly (though I was going to gym three time a week or more before the Covid hit). My job requires me to walk a good bit so I do get some motion.

The ED hit me pretty hard in a short period of time and I feel that last year I wouldn't have had the problem I'm having now. I haven't had my testosterone checked or even had a physical. After reading The Hardness Factor I have begun taking Horny Goat Weed. This seems to actually help. It won't make you hard but it seems to make the transition from soft to hard a more reliable. I have begun taking L-Arginine. This is a supplement in Extenze. I know for a fact this will increase blood flow to the dick. I have taken Extend LegendXL which contains it and can verify the results. You don't get hard but definitely tumescent (engorged). I just bought a bottle of L-Arginine to take for a daily supplement.

Viagra. I'm taking generic and I hate it. I only take it when I think I need back up. I definitely get a much more reliable erection when using it but the side effects are bullshit. Massive headaches, stuffy nose, sometimes dry throat. I am prescribed 60 mg but have taken 100 mg (max dose). Definitely the more you take the worse the side effects. So now I take 40 mg with and extra dose of Horny Goat Weed. Does anyone have some Cialis they can mail me? I hear it's much better but I don't want a prescription just to check it out.

All told the supplements only work around the edges. The ED is less frequent but still occurs. There is only so much it can do if there are underlying mental issues.

I think with the Tantra I will one day be able to control my erections similar to how Yogis can control their heartbeats.
