This could be and is actually one of those power exchanges Duke speaks of. The danger with power exchanges is when the balance shifts too far one way or the other. I also think it isn't entirely about pushing Ky's buttons but a level of hedonistic desire on Nichole's part. Ky loses in these situations. Much like when she started her nearly daily surf/fuck sessions with Marcus. Ky was in a dead-bed situation until he spoke up.

R_H_NC: I concur. Ky (as the author) is following the classic "power exchange" script, with Ky (as the hotwife enabler) and Nichole clearly entering the danger zone of a serious imbalance in their power dynamic. With neither of them exhibiting any ability or inclination to retain sufficient power to impose any boundaries, they are cleared for takeoff into the darkest depths of the hotwife abyss.

The power exchange between Ky and Nichole was quite complete prior to the recent Chapters, with Nichole's conduct as to Ky locking in her complete sexual control over him (recall the "no wanking" mandate). The new development is that Nichole, who before the recent Chapters appeared poised to fully submit and relinquish her power over her own sexual destiny, has proceeded at full speed down that treacherous path, with an interesting twist in the identities of the recipients of her carnal benevolence. Wade, Morgan and now Arthur have stepped up to front and center, with Marcus appearing to take a back seat.

The financial dimension of the power dynamic was elevated by the exchange between Morgan and Nichole after her extended tryst with Arthur, as Nichole made it very clear that the financial tail could wag the proverbial dog for her, while essentially committing to an extended overseas trip into Arthur's lair for the "install", leaving a powerless Ky behind in his wankless and angst-filled little world.

Ky: Thanks for sharing these recent - and fabulous - Chapters as your farewell gift before departing on your July sabbatical. I hope that you enjoy your break with your family, and we'll look forward to your returning with fully charged batteries as you script the next phase of Nichole's deliciously decadent devolution.

Hey all,

Whoa!!! Life kind of got the best of me there for a couple of months. You know what they say, life happens while you're making plans. As I'd mentioned before, we were planning on moving to the UK later this year, but things happened at work that forced me to expedite that. Life got a little interesting there for a bit. Long story short, the wife and kids are relocated on the other side of the pond, and I'm flying back and forth every couple of weeks trying to close out old projects and start new ones. I've got another couple months of travel ahead of me, but then that should end, which will be good, my sleep cycles are a fucking mess.

Living in the UK is going to be a very interesting change for us. I could see right away that my wife is right back in her element. As I've watched her interactions with her family, I've had this overwhelming feeling that it might be a long time before my family is living full-time back in the States... if ever. We'll see how things go. I already miss southwest style food. English food is good, just a little bland compared to what I've eaten all my life.

Through it all, I haven't spent any time writing, so it'll take me a week or so to get the next chapter out.

I've had this overwhelming feeling that it might be a long time before my family is living full-time back in the States... if ever. We'll see how things go.

Ky, I made the move in the opposite direction. With an American-born wife and dual national son, we decided when he was 4, turning 5, that we should live in the States for a couple years and give him the experience of life over here. He just turned 21 ... life happens indeed.

I wish you the best with the move, I'm still getting used to Southwest/Mexican-style spices with my digestion. Indian (continental India) food I can take very spicy. Any questions about life in transition or the UK specifically, feel free to PM.
