Don't be a scumbag milking the system while hardworking people pay for your life. Get a job and finance your own life. Trying to work off the books while you cash in on disability is trashy. There are disabled people who really need the help. Obviously you can work but choose not to and now you want John Q taxpayer to pay for your girlfriend too.

I have no idea about US social security and immigration rules, but her marrying your father sounds like an excellent idea. It couldn't be a sham marriage of course so they would have to consummate it. Maybe you could be there to photograph them in flagrante delicto, as proof for the IRS.

1)you can marry your girlfriend and live with the financial consequences as an adult

2) you can move to Mexico with your girlfriend when her visa is up

3) you can have a long distance relationship with your girlfriend

4) you can quit scamming the system and move back to Dad's house and your girlfriend can just stay and hopes ICE doesn't get her.

Exactly. OP should work 2 jobs and go to night school like the rest of us who wanted to get out of minimum wage jobs. He can go to a 6-8 week CDL training program, get a job as a trucker, then he'll make 40-60k a year. Then he can afford his own place and illegal girlfriend. By summer he is set and the school will loan him the money.

We'll hear some excuse as to why he can't do this or whatever we suggest. He wants to be scumbag white trash and let everyone else pay for his life instead of having some pride in himself.

Well we did it. We weren't sure how long this madness would last so before our courthouse shut down my GF and dad got legally married. Fingers are crossed now that it wont take long to get the green card.

If I didn't sell my footstamps, reset my car odometer before selling, work while on disability, etc, then I would basically be living on the street or in a crappy trailer house like my neighbor. It was probably not the best place to post your issue. Granted, if it were a cuck issue, you would find more support. My own wife has fucked family members, for those who can accept that. However we are also immigrants and went thru the legal process, spending thousands of dollars. So it is difficult to condone those who want to jump the line, or the wall and then wait for the next amnesty.

Furthermore, with the age of internet, and inter-agency sharing of data, USCIS knows EVERYTHING about you. I doubt you will be successful trying to cheat the system. They cross check and double cross check the identity of each individual. USCIS will know that your gf and you attended the same school.

Like safety laws, their system is built based on prior bad experience.

As far as the insurance issue - seriously? If you are on disability then you already know that if it is SSI then Medicaid is available and if it is SSD you should qualify for Medicare after being on disability for 2 years. This is pretty common knowledge for anyone who knows someone on disability.

As far as income....if you are on disability you can still work and earn income. There is a limit on how much you can earn but you can still earn some income.

Disability is there for people that can't work or are unable to work a full shift. So if you are then get a full time job with full time benefits and that would have solved the entire issue.
