I've had a few PM's so I think I'll update. Nothing sexual to report. Grace is a new mom again, and they are very happy. Of course it's taken up a majority of their time. Things have been pretty curtailed for us on the playing front, but I expected that. My house is mostly done, with some finishing touches here and there, and few things on back order. The pool is filled and once the kids are out for the summer Grace said she's going to be spending plenty of time next to it.

I mentioned in a previous post that I'm dating a new woman (Sarah), and that's still going well. She's a mid-thirties professional. She has a long term partner but they are living in separate states for career reasons. She has a pretty high sex drive and while she's pretty experienced to non-monogamy she hasn't done things like swinging or hotwifing, but it is interesting to her.

I'm going to have a big 4th of July party to open the new house to friends and family, but it'll be strictly vanilla with kids and family. I'll also be introducing Sarah as she seems to enjoy being around for the long term.

So yeah, that's where we're at.

How did the Fourth of July party go?

My party went well. All in all a pretty standard party. Grace and her husband came with their kids. My family was there, and some friends too. Sarah was welcomed.

I'm private about my personal life but don't cover anything up. I can get away with these kinds of things without much drama. Sarah is ENM herself, so when I introduce her as "my new friend" I think most people get the deal. My mom is always the one who's conflicted. She's straight from the 60's so she gets ENM as a concept, but she's also an old lady who wants her kids to settle down, even in their middle age like me.

My ex-wife was there for a little bit (she and my family get along well) and later she cornered me.

Grace's baby was the hit of the party, and was doted on plenty. I love my kids when they were babies, and wouldn't hesitate to hold them. Other peoples kids? Meh, sometimes I'm not comfortable with them. Friends and family? No problem. Well the baby was fussing, and I stuck my hands out and she came right to me. I didn't think anything of it and walked her over to Grace.

"Is that baby yours?"

"No"

"She's awfully familiar with you" she said, "I know you don't do things traditional" and she made air quotes with her fingers, "but messing with a married woman"

"Thank you for your concern, but everyone here is adults and it's all above board"

She frowned and walked away.

My ex asked me if the baby was mine. We were married for a long time, and she knows me pretty well. She knows I'm not one to dote on baby's that I'm not familiar with. We had a history of swinging, and explored the lifestyle so I do get a lot of side eye from her like this. One of the main impetuous of us getting divorced was severely mismatched libidos. It doesn't bother me. She's a great mom and coparent, so she has a right to her opinions, but I also have a right to live my life as I see fit so long as no one is hurt.

I do have some updates, but I've had some business changes that have taken up a lot of my time. Both women are doing well. Sarah and I are still in the NRE stage while Grace and I have reached a steady state between her family addition and time.

I had a big lifestyle party at the end of summer. Both Sarah and Grace came, so be patient and I'll write it up. I've started writing it down a few times, but just haven't pulled the trigger to finish it.
