Being a party pooper for a great story!

Hi everyone,

I would love your advice on this subject. There's a story that really seems to be real in one of the boards. Actually it's my favorite. And probably a favorite for many people here. I prefer not to mention who is the author, because I want your advice.

It seems that I may have caught the author lying twice.
His hotwife was pregnant and she gave birth earlier this year.
I caught the first lie when he said that the baby was walking. I double checked a few times as he had said when the baby was born. So he said the baby started walking when he was 3-months old. Nobody realized or questioned him at the time.

Now, two days ago, when telling a story about his wife, he said she had the baby a year ago. But that's not true.

That, combined with the fact that he never wanted to share any of her pics, not even a picture from her legs, or ass, or whatever that could prove she is real, when she loves to expose herself in front of her lovers cameras...well, it just sounds strange to me.

Again, I'd love your advice. I don't want to go there and expose the lies, as it's probably the most amazing story ever written here at OHW. But I really feel like we should always say if the story is fictional or not, in respect to all the readers in here. And also to a lot of people who feel inspired as if it's a true story, and perhaps it's not...

I'm pretty sure I know which thread you're talking about. Did you consider that the author may intentionally obfuscate details like exact dates just so as to make it harder to identify the persons in RL? Your example of having the baby 1 year ago is a perfect example. Checking the details he gave us earlier in the thread it would be 8 or 9 months ago, close enough to call it a year in a colloquial context with the potential new lover. Just sayin'.

Totally real. Why just yesterday my wife came into the bedroom after being with my step-cousin. She's very shy, and it was like pulling teeth so I had to be careful, but she told me when she went into the room it was like she had butterflies in her stomach, every nerve ending alive with tension, as he took his working class hands and slipped a meaty finger inside her lacy panties, gently rubbing her soft pink clit, never making her so wet as her natural lubrication dripped down her inside leg. This, very much so. There are couple very popular threads right now that are obviously fake, or at least mostly fake. Whether it’s in the library section, hotties or one of the other forums, take most stories here with a big grain of salt.

2.1) Thou shalt not call out another user for well written fiction presented as fact. At the very best it is rude. If you don’t believe a “true story” is true just move on to the next thread or keep your trap shut. Yes, I appreciate a true “true story” as much as the next guy, but so much of this lifestyle is unbelievable to the common man that it is ridiculous for any of us to make grand pronouncements about the writings of another. Such pronouncements interfere with the flow of thoughts around here and may make newbies hesitant to post. If you absolutely have proof that a thread is fake then flag that post and provide admin your proof so they can check it out.

Many fantasies are posted on this site as if they are fact. And that’s fine. Why? Because if hotwifing has taught me one thing it’s that truth is often stranger than fiction. In other words, some of those fantasy stories may in fact be true! I know I’ve certainly been accused of posting bullshit when I was being totally honest. The point being that it’s difficult if not impossible to differentiate good fiction from true life. Result? I’m not even going to try. To do so means that invariably some bad -- but completely honest -- writers will be vilified for their efforts. I don’t think anybody wants that to happen

Ok. True. Why I don’t post my experiences here. That said, there are clear indications of AI generated drivel: Stilted syntax, weird sentence constructs, over-use of tropes, over-use of words and phrases that don’t appear in regular English usage etc. If you are claiming to be American relating an experience you claim to be happening in America but every thing happening is modified by “a bit” that’s being generated by AI. No one, especially no American under 30 talks like that.

Exactly what I understand from this amazing community, Cobra1000. If I want to read or write fiction, I go The Library board. The other boards, I would truly like to believe people are real and are writing real stories. If there are rules saying that we should not call out users writing fiction pretending to be real, I apologize. But I have to say that I do it somehow disappointed. And I didn't mention the author's name. That all to say that I haven't gone back to that thread anymore and I have moved on. But I still have as a goal in this community to meet real people with real stories.

That rule is……malleable. The mods overlook it when the offense is egregious. For example that seemingly hot thread a while back ostensibly written by a young wife, also a runner, who claimed to have a husband into the scene. She goes to Texas with a group including of course a black guy whom she fucks and keeps fucking. The originator made the mistake of posting pics stolen from the web. Someone called bullshit and the thread disappeared. A clear violation of the rules but the mods overlooked because there was no question that it was all fabrication.

Why do you care? Are you the fiction police? Why not just let others enjoy the ride?

Here's the advice: if you just can't help yourself, tell the moderators and let them handle it. If you don't like the way they handle it, then volunteer to be a moderator.
