I strongly encourage you to do this. Let me give you some thoughts.
First, make the "scene" short enough to start that it isn't an overwhelming job that you never finish. Better to start with a little something, eh?
Second, avoid some of the extreme cliches common in hentai/anime. Just because you can make an outrageously skinny chick with big boobs fucking a 16 inch cannon of a cock, doesn't mean that's the most erotic thing you can do. I would argue that this particular fetish (hotwife/cuckold) is more mental than physical and too strong an emphasis on the physical gets in the way. Make her and the other guy hot, for sure, but don't go overboard!
