We've never done a swap, but from what I read here, the most difficult thing is to find a couple where there's attraction and 'chemistry' for all 4 people involved.

Except when it's a spontaneous thing in a club or something, I think I would plan to not force it, and maybe just keep it social (and thus low-pressure) the first time(s). Unless everything happens to 'click' immediately and you're all desperate to get naked (which would be a nice outcome!)

This is the best advice. We always found that you know right away if there is sexual attraction or not. And, it's not necessarily about appearance. Sure, someone attractive is a plus, but beauty, alone, doesn't make for good sex. Just relax and get to know the person/s. You will know fairly early whether there is potential. We always had some sexy lines rehearsed that we'd use to get the conversation going when we first met a potential playmate. Like, "Tell us some things you really like to do."
