Change in the interestes

Hi all!

My wife has had a new boyfriend for about a month. All is going well so far.
He seems like a real stand up guy, easy to talk to and just nice.

The funny thing is that he is a car guy, like a real car guy. Goes to shows and races and he even have a few cars of his own that he renovates and drives. More less like a total nerd.
My wife is kind of the complete opposite, "they have an engine and what is so special about that"- kind of mindset.
I doubt that she would have a drivers license if she did not have to have it to drive the kids around to their things.

But I have now noticed that when he talks about his cars and the things that she have seen my wife is very much interested in what he has to say, nodding along to statements that I know is complete gibberish to her. I mean "The Camber Angle" and "Belt timing", I know what it is but it not like I find it interesting, but somehow my wife thinks it is fascinating now

Next weekend he is going away to watch a race a few hours from where we live, he has an RV that he is going there with, and my wife has agreed to go. Just the two of them, three days watching car shows and car races...

I think he likes her pretty much the way I like her.

Maybe a little different outfits when she is with him, but nothing major.
