I finally read all the way through this. I typically avoid the longer threads. Just your regular ole lazy man I guess. Lol. But man what a ride. Between pages 65 and 75 I guess, it kinda got off the rails a little bit. I was worried how that was going to go, but it all worked it's self out. Me and my wife have been doing this about 6 years now. The ups and downs starting, stopping, and pauses. It reminded me a lot of our journey so far. Thank you to both of you for sharing all of this with us! It was also cool to see some of the older posters in the early days in here too. I knew some of them from a different place but cool to see their names again

Thanks for the update. Sounds like your grief is "normal" in that there is no normal. It hits different people different ways and can come and go for years. Take it easy on yourself. I am glad, though, that a few of your male friends have been able to meet with you and provide you with some comfort, friendship, and pleasure. Hopefully you will have more days in the near future where you feel ready and open to those kinds of connections again.

horniness finally got the best of me. i called AJ, we met and had lunch but something just felt off . maybe i was just a notch on the belt, but we did not end up having. who knows what the future holds.
i have been messaging for a few weeks with a cute guy i met online. he's not really a bull, he was just looking for dates or a gf, but we seem to have a good rapport. so i'm hoping that works. it's been a tough year. wish there was more to report. david and i have gotten it up to once a week though, lol

I takes a while to get back in the mindset. Even when I want to go be naughty, if I'm feeling a bit off I just can't get into it. And by into it I mean actually getting myself together and out the door. Take your time and heal.

Thanks for the update Jane. It’s wonderful to hear that the horniness is coming back and you are recovering well. Your internal sensor obviously picked up something when you met AJ, and thankfully you listened to it.
